What is AdSense for search?

We're presented several Google AdSense options. You'll notice that the first choice is what we have already added to our Blogger blog is AdSense for Content. Today we are going to discuss about how to add AdSense for Search to our blogs. AdSense for Search is a great option for blogs. It gives readers the ability to search the Internet from our own blog, as well as our blog content.

To add the AdSense for search box to your blog follow these steps; Sign in to your blogger account, on your Dashboard click on the Layout link. In Page Elements tab on your blog: Click the "Add a Gadget" link that appears in the sidebar of your layout. You'll then see a popup window with all the different types of Gadgets you can add to your blog. Look for the one called "Search Box" and click on the blue "+" icon:
You can then configure the “Search Box”. Once you have satisfied, click the orange color "Save" button. Now you’ve added AdSense for search box to your blog. AdSense for search lets you offer your users Google web search directly from your blog. By placing an AdSense for search box on your blog, you'll generate earnings from ad clicks made by users on the search results pages.
However, you will not receive revenue from user searches through your AdSense for search box, which you have placed on your blog. When users perform searches on your blog, but choose not to click on the ads on the search results pages, you will not receive any earnings though the use used the AdSense for search box on your blog.
